Before starting any work, clients must sign a Service Agreement that details the scope of work, pricing, and timelines. Clients must also provide access to their website and necessary tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to facilitate the SEO process.

3. Timelines for SEO Deliverables

SEO services generally require a long-term approach, and results take time to show. Below are estimated timelines for key deliverables:

  • On-Page Optimization: 10-15 business days (depending on website size)

  • Link Building Campaigns: Ongoing, with monthly reports

  • SEO Reports: Delivered at the end of each month

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the project and client responsiveness.

4. Client Responsibilities

For timely fulfillment of SEO services, clients are expected to:

  • Provide access to their website and relevant tools (e.g., CMS, analytics)

  • Respond promptly to requests for information or clarifications

  • Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe

Delays in providing the necessary information or approvals may affect the timeline of deliverables.

5. Modifications to Services

Any changes to the scope of work, additional services, or significant revisions to the original agreement will require a new agreement and may result in additional charges. Clients will be informed of any such changes prior to execution.

6. Payment Terms

All payments must be made according to the terms outlined in the Service Agreement. Invoices are typically issued monthly or according to the agreed billing schedule. If a payment is overdue, the project may be delayed until the payment is settled.

7. Performance Disclaimer

While Green Forest Marketing employs best practices in SEO, it is important to note that SEO is an ongoing process, and results may vary due to factors like competition, industry changes, and search engine algorithm updates. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or conversions but are committed to improving your site’s visibility and performance.

8. Reporting and Communication

Clients will receive detailed monthly reports that include:

  • Keyword rankings

  • Organic traffic analytics

  • SEO progress (on-page, off-page, and technical improvements)

  • Recommendations for future optimizations

We maintain open communication with our clients and offer support through email, phone, or video calls as necessary. Regular meetings can be scheduled to discuss progress, strategy, and future steps.

9. Confidentiality

All client information, including website data, business strategies, and proprietary information, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will not share any confidential information with third parties without prior consent unless required by law.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding our SEO services, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, we may pursue mediation or legal action as outlined in the Service Agreement.

11. Refund and Cancellation Policy

SEO is a long-term investment, and therefore, refunds are not typically provided. However, if you are unsatisfied with the services, please contact us within 30 days of receiving services. We will review your concerns and work toward a satisfactory solution, which may include modifying the SEO strategy or offering additional services.

Clients may cancel services with Green Forest Marketing at any time, with written notice. In case of cancellation, any outstanding payments for work completed up to the cancellation date will remain due.
